Dr. Sadat completed his PhD in 2022 from Dr. Lavasanifar's lab at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Alberta, where his research focused on advancing drug-delivery systems to improve cancer treatment outcomes. He received many prestigious awards, including the CIHR-Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarships – Doctoral Award (CGS-D) and the President's Doctoral Prize of Distinction Award for academic and research excellence
